Privacy Policy

ArchCam is designed to work on your iPhone without accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or an online service.

The short version

Alpine Dog Apps LLC does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data through ArchCam. Photo processing happens on your device.

Information used on your device

Camera and photos

ArchCam uses camera frames to compose, capture, and adjust photos. When you take a picture, ArchCam saves the adjusted photo to your Photos library and can optionally save a second uncorrected copy.

Device orientation

Motion data estimates roll, pitch, and camera direction so ArchCam can calculate digital shift, horizon leveling, and top-down adjustments automatically. Processing occurs on your device. A correction summary may be written into the saved photo metadata.

Optional location

If you grant Location access, ArchCam may add the capture location to the metadata of photos you save. ArchCam does not transmit location to Alpine Dog Apps LLC.

App settings

Preferences such as save format and enabled adjustments are stored locally on your iPhone so ArchCam can remember your choices.

Collection, sharing, and tracking

Your control

You can change Camera, Photos, Motion & Fitness, and Location permissions in iPhone Settings. Photos already saved in your Photos library remain under your control and can be edited or deleted there.

Support communications

If you email support, Alpine Dog Apps LLC receives your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond and resolve your request. You do not need to send private photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue.

Policy changes

If ArchCam's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change is released. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
