ArchCam processes photos on your iPhone without an ArchCam account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or an image-processing backend. Apple handles optional Studio purchases.
Alpine Dog Apps LLC does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data through ArchCam. Photo processing happens on your device.
ArchCam uses camera frames to compose, capture, and adjust photos. Photos access supports saving recoverable originals, Review, and Studio Editor. For library photos, Studio starts from the appearance chosen in Photos. Original / ArchCam selects what to view; Save updates Photos and Keep Both adds an alternate-version copy when requested. Unfinished Studio edits are stored locally.
Motion data estimates roll, pitch, and camera direction so ArchCam can calculate digital shift, horizon leveling, and Document mode adjustments automatically. Processing occurs on your device. Correction settings and camera direction may be written into saved photo metadata.
If you grant Location access, ArchCam may add the capture location to saved photo metadata. This location may accompany photos you choose to share. ArchCam does not transmit location to Alpine Dog Apps LLC.
Preferences, unfinished Studio edits, and the remaining Studio trial-save count are stored locally on your iPhone. Camera white balance lasts only for the camera session; a custom value used for a photo can be recorded with that photo's adjustments.
You can manage the permissions available for ArchCam in iPhone Settings, including Camera, Photos, and Location. Photos already saved in your Photos library remain under your control and can be edited or deleted there.
Photos may sync according to your Photos and iCloud settings. Sharing sends a photo to the destination you choose, which may receive its embedded metadata.
Apple handles the optional Studio purchase and restoration through the App Store. ArchCam uses StoreKit to check access to Studio; Alpine Dog Apps LLC does not receive your payment details through the app.
If you email support, Alpine Dog Apps LLC receives your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond and resolve your request. You do not need to send private photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue.
If ArchCam's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change is released. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
